• Platform Access: The portal remains fully accessible with all features and functionality restored.

We are performing system maintenance on our platform from Thursday, April 10 through Monday, April 14. Please be aware of the following impacts:
- Report Processing: All report processing will be delayed from Thursday until early next week. Reports submitted during this period will be processed once maintenance is complete and no data will be lost
- Platform Access: The portal will remain accessible throughout most of the maintenance period. You can continue to access settings and configuration options as normal.
- Planned Downtime: On Sunday, April 13, the platform will be completely unavailable for 5 hours starting around 07:00 GMT while we perform a critical data migration. During this time, you will not be able to access the portal.
- Data Preservation: No reporting data will be lost during this maintenance period. All submitted reports will be processed once the maintenance is complete.
